Shoulder & Bicep Workout

Hello fitness family. My strength training workout consisted of:

Wall supported handstands 3 sets 10 (30 seconds)

Upright barbell rows 4 sets 8

Barbell shrugs 4 sets 8

Cable shrugs 3 sets 10

Dumbbell curls 6 sets 8

Chin ups 3 sets 10

Preacher curls 4 sets 10

Barbell curls 4 sets 10
