Strength Training Workout

Legs Triceps & Calves

Good evening fitness family!!! My strength training workout today consisted of:

Squats 4 sets of 10

Kettle bell swing 3 sets of 10

Hip adduction 3 sets 10

Hip abduction 3 sets of 10

Walking lunges 3 sets of 10

Tricep press downs 4 sets of 10

Diamond push ups 4 sets of 10

Overhead cable extension 3 sets of 10

Standing barbell calf raises 10 sets of 10

Seated calf raises 5 sets of 10

I had a great workout today. Legs feel like jelly but it was a great workout!!! Make it a great day!!!
