Core Workout

Working the core.

Today’s core workout consisted of:

Wall supported hand stands

Burpees

Sit ups

Back extensions

Front and side planks

Working out the core will give you that solid foundation to reach your goals. Never neglect working out your core. It also helps in preventing injuries.
